On the radial side of the wrist, in the center of the hollow formed by the extensor policis longus and extensor policis brevis (anatomical snuffbox).

NEEDLING

Straight insertion 0.3 to 1 cun.
Perpendicular insertion 0.5 to 1 cun.
Puncture perpendicularly 0.3 to 0.5 cun.
Moxibustion is applicable.
