LOCATION

1.5 cun below UB-60 Kunlun.
Posterior and inferior to the external malleolus, directly below UB-60 Kunlun, lateral to the calcaneum at the junction of the red and white skin.
Located 1.5 cun inferior to UB-60 Kunlun, in the depression posterior and inferior to the lateral malleolus.
On the lateral side of the foot, 1.5 cun inferior to UB-60 Kunlun, in a tender depression on the calcaneum.
Note: the distance between the lateral malleolus and the sole of the foot is 3 cun. Locate this point midway between UB-60 Kunlun and the sole.

NEEDLING

Straight insertion 0.3 to 0.5 cun.
Puncture perpendicularly 0.3 to 0.5 cun.
Moxibustion is applicable.
Transverse insertion 0.3 to 0.5 cun.
