of the left and right first rib with the sternum.
On the midline of the manubrium of the sternum, midway between
REN-20 Huagai and REN-22 Tiantu.

NEEDLING

Transverse insertion, pointed downward, 0.5 to 1 cun. Sensation:
local distention and soreness.
Puncture subcutaneously 0.3 to 0.5 cun.
