1.5 cun lateral to the midline of the back, level
with the third posterior sacral foramen.
1.5 cun lateral to the DU channel, level
with the third posterior sacral foramen.

NEEDLING

Straight insertion, 1 to 1.5 cun.
Perpendicular insertion, 1 to 1.5 cun.
Puncture perpendicularly 0.8 to 1.2 cun.
Moxibustion is applicable.
