Ingredients

Dang Gui 3 g,Bai Shao 3 g,Ren Shen 3 g,Fu Ling 3 g,Sheng Di 3 g,Pu Huang Tan 6 g,Xiang Fu 2.4 g,Chuan Xiong 2.4 g,Bai Zhu 2.4 g,Gan Cao 2.4 g,Huang Lian 2.4 g.Da Zao 2 dates.

Explanation

Dang Gui and Chuan Xiong: Tonifying blood and activating blood.

Bai Shao: Astringing Yin and enriching blood to nourish the liver.

Huang Lian: Clearing heat and drying dampness, purging fire and removing toxicity.

Ren Shen and Gan Cao: Invigorating Qi and regulating the stomach to enhance the digestive function.

Bai Zhu and Fu Ling: Strengthening the spleen and draining dampness.

Sheng Di: Clearing heat and cooling blood, stop bleeding, nourishing yin.

Pu Huang Tan: Stopping bleeding.

Xiang Fu: Soothing the liver and regulating qi, regulating menorrhea and alleviating pain.

Da Zao: Tonifying qi, tonifying the spleen, nourishing blood.
