Shu Di Huang 21~60 g,Zhi Gan Cao 3~9 g,Dang Gui 6~9 g.Explanation
Shu Di Huang: Tonify blood, nourish yin of liver and kidney, supplement essence.
Zhi Gan Cao: Tonify the spleen and harmonize the stomach, replenish qi.
Dang Gui: Tonify blood and activate blood, alleviating pain.
