Zao Ren 3 g,Ren Shen 6 g,Shao Yao 3 g,Gui Xin 3 g,Huang Qi 6 g,Gan Cao 6 g,Long Gu 6 g,Fu Ling 6 g,Mu Li 6 g,Sheng Jiang 6 g,Ban Xia 10 g,Ze Xie 3 g.

Explanation

Suan Zao Ren: Nourishing the liver-blood and calming the mind.

Fu Ling: Strengthening the spleen and tonifying qi.

Ze Xie: Promoting diuresis and eliminating dampness.

Shao Yao: Tonifying blood and Replenishing Yin.

Sheng Jiang: Dispersing wind-cold.

Zhi Gan Cao: Invigorating the spleen and stomach, tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.
