abdomen.
On the upper abdomen, 4 cun above the umbilicus, 0.5 cun lateral
to the midline, REN-12 Zhongwan.

NEEDLING

Straight insertion, 1 to 1.5 cun.
Perpendicular insertion, 0.5 to 1 cun.
Caution: deep needling may puncture the peritoneal
cavity.
Moxibustion is applicable.
