Ingredients

Jiang Huang 160 g,Da Huang 160 g,Huang Bo 160 g,Hou Po 64 g,Chen Pi 64 g,Cang Zhu 64 g,Gan Cao 64 g,Tian Nan Xing 64 g,Bai Zhi 160 g,Tian Hua Fen 320 g.

Explanation

Bai Zhi: Expelling wind and releasing exterior, alleviating pain, relieving stuffy nose, drying dampness and stopping leucorrhea.

Hou Po: Inducing Qi to flow downward and relieving distention.

Cang Zhu: Drying dampness and invigorating spleen, dispelling wind-dampness.

Da Huang: Relaxing the bowels to sweep away the stagnancy of food or other pathogenic factors.

Huang Bo: Clearing heat and removing toxicity.

Ju Pi: Regulating the flow of Qi and the function of the stomach, checking upward adverse flow of Qi to arrest vomiting.

Gan Cao: Removing toxicity and alleviating pain, tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.

Jiang Huang: Activating blood and promoting the flow of qi, dredging meridians and alleviating pain.

Tian Nan Xing: Drying dampness and resolving phlegm, extinguishing wind and stopping spasms, resolving swelling and dissipating nodulation externally.

Tian Hua Fen: Clearing heat and purging fire, generating body fluids and relieving thirst, moistening dryness and resolving phlegm.

Effect

Relieve swelling and alleviate pain.

Indications

Sores and boils, traumatic injury, deep multiple abscess, erysipelas.

Administrations

All the drugs are ground into fine powder. Mix the powder uniformly. Proper dosage is for external application, applying with vinegar or honey.

Contraindication

It is for external use only.
