Ingredients

Bai Shao 30 g,Dang Gui 30 g,Sheng Di 15 g,E Jiao 9 g,Dan Pi 9 g,Huang Bo 6 g,Niu Xi 6 g,Xiang Fu 3 g,Hong Zao 10 dates,Hei Dou 30 g.

Explanation

Bai Shao, Dang Gui, E Jiao and Hei Dou: Nourishing blood and tonifying liver.

Sheng Di and Dan Pi: Cooling blood and clearing liver.

Huang Bo and Niu Xi:Clearing heat and eliminating dampness.

Xiang Fu: Regulating qi and blood.
