Ingredients

Chen Pi 15 g,Qing Pi 15 g,Gan Jiang 15 g,Da Huang 15 g,San Leng 15 g,Hou Po 15 g,Qian Niu Zi 15 g.

Explanation

Ju Pi: The principal drug, regulating the flow of Qi and the function of the stomach, checking upward adverse flow of Qi to arrest vomiting.

Qing Pi: Moving qi and soothing the liver, breaking qi to resolve stagnation.

Hou Po: Promoting the flow of Qi to subdue distention, drying dampness and removing fullness.

Gan Jiang: Warming the spleen and stomach and dispersing pathogenic cold.

San Leng: Breaking blood and moving qi, resolving food stagnation and alleviating pain.

Da Huang: Removing blood stasis through invigorating blood circulation, clearing away heat from blood.

Qian Niu Zi: Inducing diuresis, eliminating phlegm and retained fluid.
