Ingredients

Dang Gui 45 g,Qiang Huo 45 g,Jiang Huang 45 g,Bai Shao Yao 45 g,Zhi Huang Qi 45 g,Fang Feng 45 g,Zhi Gan Cao 15 g,Sheng Jiang 15 g.

Explanation

Dang Gui: Nourishing Yin and blood.

Qiang Huo: Expelling wind-dampness throughout the body and the joints so as to treat arthralgia.

Fang Feng: Inducing diaphoresis to remove dampness and assisting Qiang Huo in relieving exterior syndrome.

Gan Cao: Tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.

Jiang Huang: Activating blood and promoting the flow of qi, dredging meridians to alleviate pain.

Sheng Jiang: Dispersing wind-cold, warming the middle energizer.

Bai Shao: Tonifying blood, astringing yin to check sweating, soothing liver to alleviate pain, calming and suppressing liver yang.

Huang Qi: Invigorating Qi and promoting muscle regeneration.
