Ingredients

Bing Lang 6 g,Hou Po 3 g,Cao Guo 1.5 g,Zhi Mu 3 g,Shao Yao 3 g,Huang Qin 3 g,Gan Cao 1.5 g.

Explanation

Huang Qin: Purging the stagnated heat.

Hou Po and Cao Guo: Being pungent in taste and drastic in nature, eliminating turbidity, drying dampness, resolving phlegm, regulating the Qi of the middle-Jiao.

Bing Lang: Directing Qi go downwards to relieve its stagnation, promoting the flow of Qi of the lower-Jiao.

Shao Yao: Tonifying blood.

Zhi Mu: Clearing heat, purging fire and nourishing yin.

Zhi Gan Cao: Invigorating Qi, regulating the stomach, tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.
