On the dorsal aspect of the forearm, at the midpoint between
the transverse crease of the wrist and elbow, between the ulna
and radius.

NEEDLING

Straight insertion throughout the limb but not penetrating
the skin on the opposite side, causing a distended, numb sensation
that may extend throughout the forearm or to the elbow.
